Ever Done A Neck Stretch?
A lot of people think that that is the best way to reduce muscle tension in the shoulders or the neck.
There’s a better way, and it’s not actually even stretching the shoulder or the neck muscles.
It is intended to improve mobility and work on the nerve itself.
This will indirectly help reduce the tension in those muscles of the shoulder and neck.
Here is what you do.
Number one, take the palm of the hand and reach down and out, depress the shoulder, and then bend the neck away.
I actually feel a little bit of a tingling or a slight pain, and that’s the nerve telling me that it hasn’t been stretched like this in a long time.
Then I want to tilt my head away and then back to the middle.
Tilt the head away and then back to the middle.
Do this movement 10 times and ease into it and see whether or not this loosens up the neck and shoulders.
I can almost guarantee you that it will help more than the neck stretch will.
