Working from home over a make shift workstation got your back aching?
Staring down at that phone messaging back and forth with friends got your back in knots. Try this one stretch several times a day and you will feel a lot looser. Here’s what you do
1- Hands behind your head
2- Face the wall with elbows touching the wall
3- Feet a little more then shoulder width apart
4- Squat down letting your upper back arch
5- Hold for a minute. repeat once every hour you are at the desk
