Spicy Cinnamon Smoothie

A perfect blend of spicy and sweet to enjoy on a hot summer’s day. Add in a scoop of MaxLiving Max Greens to not only add in a little extra sweetness, but an extra serving of veggies into you diet.

INGREDIENTS  

  • 1/2 bunch of kale

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup red grapes

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 dash of cayenne pepper (to taste)

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 cup water or until desired consistency is reached

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Blend all ingredients together (Vita-Mix® Recommended)
