1–2 scoops MaxLiving Grass-Fed Whey Protein – Vanilla
3–4 tbsp organic yogurt
½–1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
⅛ cup water (to desired consistency)
3 ice cubes (to desired consistency)
Add all ingredients except for water and ice in blender.
Add water and ice cubes and blend.
Add more water and ice until you achieve your desired consistency.
