6 eggs free-range
½ cup vegetables (of your choosing) diced
¼ tsp sea salt
⅛ tsp fresh black pepper
⅛ cup homemade mayonnaise (or vegenaise, or coconut milk)
⅛ cup water
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix everything together.
Line a muffin pan with paper or silicone muffin cups.
